The Soul Compass Coaching Program is a 6-week online group coaching program for discovering what you want most out of your life.  Based on the best-selling book The Desire Map, we get straight to the heart of the matter: How you want to feel?  At the end of our 6 weeks together, you will walk away with your Core Desired  Feelings and use those as a compass for your soul so you can guide your life decisions with ease and flow. Wherever you need it most, clarity will come — whether it's your career, your body, your creativity, your relationships, your health, your wealth or your spirit.

• 1 module per week and live training calls with Carla.

• Weekly Reflection Exercises and ACCOUNTABILITY (you need to do the work — don't sign up if you're not ready to dig deep, and I say that with love.)

• Group Meditations and breathwork

• Weekly pep-talks via FB Live in a private FB group

Here are the module topics:

WEEK 1 — Calming your nervous system & activating healthy self care practices + the Five Life Areas 

WEEK 2 — Gratitude and what's not working. We reflect on what you already have in your life, what you are grateful for, and where you are dissatisfied.  

WEEK 3 — Roots of your desires. Get clear on the root of your desire and create a map of how you desire to feel in five areas of your life.  

WEEK 4 Discover and declare your core desired feelings. You will be supported in a sacred, loving environment of other soul-seekers, WITH accountability. Every activity & exercise supports you in discovering your core desired feelings.  

WEEK 5 — Daily practices. Weekly rituals. Monthly routines. You'll get clear on what works for you. This is all leading to a life that lights you up on the daily! 

WEEK 6 — Celebrate & rise! Goals with soul and creating daily results that light you up!
